Welcome to my real estate business, based out of Port Macquarie and serving the whole Mid North Coast.

We have built our business to meet the needs of folk living in smaller communities that often find it a problem when they come to sell and move on. Personal privacy is a very real problem. Often the local agent belongs to the same footy club or bowls club. It can be very awkward. Another frequent issue is the local agents are often set in their ways and fixed in their view on price and value. Local is not much of an advantage when marketing a property to city folk. Size doesn't matter to us, if you need our service we will pitch in. We travel to you, to provide a level of professional real estate skills and service not usually available in smaller communities.  We see value through a fresh lens and usually have more ambition than local agents, consequently we have a proven history of record prices. Above all you always get me as lead Agent, I am a  fully qualified Licensed Agent and understand our ethical and fiduciary responsibilities to both vendor and purchaser. Garry sold his first property in New Zealand in 1979. In 1980 he was elected to the NZ House of Representatives as the Member of Parliament for East Coast Bays. He served as a Legislator for 8 years.  Subsequently he returned to real estate and as a Licensed sales person has recorded more than a billion dollars worth of sales in New Zealand and Australia. He qualified as a Licensed Agent at Massey University NZ with a Diploma in Business Studies (Property) and was admitted as an Associated Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) in 2006. Subsequently he has owned successful real estate businesses in both NZ and Australia and notably managed the renowned NZ high end boutique company Premium Real Estate for 10 years prior to deciding to migrate and reside permanently in Australia to be with his partner (now  wife) Robyn, an Australian citizen and school teacher in Port Macquarie.
